CLASSES
Level 1: For those new to yoga or returning. Learn basic postures and breath awareness. Increase your flexibility and gain strength. Must have instructor permission before moving to other levels.
Children 12 and up and early pre-natal students may join this class.
Level 2: Greater detail to poses. Focus is on strength, balance, alignment and flexibility.
Prior yoga classes with an instructor are required.
Level 3: Deepen your practice. Stay longer in poses, learn powerful postures to build strength. Vinyasa flow is sometimes used to build stamina and flexibility.
Kids Yoga: For ages 6-11, this class will focus on fun, postures, movement, music, and books. This class will return in the fall. Let us know if you are interested in this class.
Parent and Child: For ages 6 and up with one or both parents, enjoy yoga together.
Pre & Post Natal Yoga: Meet other expectant mothers, build new friendships, relax, destress, and take time for yourself.
Private Instruction in studio: With any instructor, by appointment, cancellations with less than half day advance, half of fee will apply. Deepen your practice, work with variations of poses that suit you. Please see the additional services page for more information. |
